Which pathways are offered?

Sport & Human Performance—In this pathway, students prepare for careers that directly assist individuals in reaching their health and performance objectives. This includes offering personalized care and support, providing treatment, counseling, and health education to enhance overall well-being.


Therapeutic Services—This pathway focuses on changing patients’ health status over time. Students prepare to work directly with patients, providing care, treatment, counseling, and health education information.

What types of jobs can my student learn about and prepare for?*

*Some of these jobs require additional education and certifications once a student graduates from high school.

***Timing for sufficient exam preparation, necessary prerequisites, and exam fees vary per specific certification. Students should check with their school counselor for details on exam fee coverage opportunities. Many Microsoft®️ Office certificates can be earned after completing one course. Other certificates require more classes to be better prepared, and students who participate in the program for at least two years will have further preparation for certification testing.
